Areas of Practice
Throughout his legal career, Mr. Shagley, has created a legacy of public service. Mr. Shagley represents many nonprofit organizations including museums, schools, trust funds, foundations and quasi governmental agencies.

Mr. Shagley served as Trustee of Indiana State University from 2000-2008. Mr Shagley also served as Founding Director of the Wabash Valley Community Foundation, Inc.

Mr. Shagley has been active in several areas of the real estate practice, including title insurance, residential subdivisions, condominiums, business and industrial parks, and commercial developments. Mr. Shagley has also specialized in the areas of City zonings and variances.

Mr. Shagley has provided various services to the area's small businesses and large manufacturing companies including Bemis Company, Inc., Sony DADC US, Inc., International Paper Company, DANISCO, Inc., Specialty Blanks, Inc. Clabber Girl Corporation, and Hulman and Company.

Mr. Shagley has represented the Board of Trustees of ERISA Funds in the construction area for over 35 years. Mr. Shagley's experience is in the areas of health and welfare, pension, training and apprenticeship.
