Mr. Clary was admitted to practice law in 2005. Prior to being hired by Wright Shagley & Lowery, P.C. he worked on legal issues regarding Trademark, Copyright, Trade Secret, Family, Personal Injury, and Criminal Law. He is currently active in several fields, including Creditors' Rights, Bankruptcy, Collections, Municipal, Family, Criminal, Real Estate, Business Transactions and Employment Law. Mr. Clary is also familiar with emerging legal issues dealing with Technology and Cyberspace law.
